  • Email Outreach

    If approved for representation, your name will be promoted as part of our Elite Global Roster to over 300 orchestras each month, primarily across the USA and Europe. You can also request customized outreach to up to 10 orchestras of your choice each month, enhancing your visibility and booking potential.

  • Monthly Group Social Media Coaching

    Our monthly social media coaching empowers musicians to boost their online presence, increase audience engagement, and attract more performance opportunities.

  • Exposure

    Your name and link will be prominently featured on our website and shared on our social media platforms, reaching a monthly audience of 500K+.

     

    You can tag Eva Artistic Management in your social media posts for additional exposure, and we encourage collaboration on Instagram posts for enhanced visibility.

     

    Our approach ensures continuous exposure, helping you build a strong, recognizable brand.

  • Personal Branding Session 

    Within the first two weeks, you’ll schedule a call with Eva Adolfo to develop your personal brand.

     

    A well-crafted personal brand is essential for standing out in today’s competitive music industry. We’ll guide you through the process of defining your unique identity, creating a consistent message, and ensuring that your brand resonates with your target audience.

     

    This will not only elevate your credibility but also help you secure more performance opportunities.

  • Collective Visibility

    Our roster of artists collaborates to amplify our presence and extend our reach. By leveraging all our diverse networks, each artist actively invites their followers to engage with your pages (and vice versa), creating a dynamic and interconnected community.

     

    This collective effort not only enhances visibility but also fosters a vibrant network of support and collaboration among artists and their audiences.

  • Transparent Booking: No Commission Fees for Your Own Booking

    We take a 20% commission on any bookings arranged through the agency. However, for any performances you book independently, there are no fees.

     

    There’s also no exclusivity clause, meaning you’re free to work with other managers alongside our representation.

  • Social Symphony Portal

    Your portal to mastering the marketing side of your artistry, offering:

    • Storytelling Prompts: Share your journey with compelling stories that captivate your audience.
    • Reels Mastery: Tips for creating engaging Instagram and Facebook reels to boost visibility.
    • Profile Optimization: Simple steps to make your social media presence shine.

    For just $299/month, with a required 3-month commitment, you’ll gain access to everything described above through our Social Symphony membership portal.

    During this one-on-one session, you’ll dive into your social media presence with Eva. Together, you’ll craft a personalized strategy to boost your visibility, engagement, and connections.

  • Step 7: Portal Access & Social Symphony Recommendations

    Gain full access to the Social Symphony portal—a powerhouse of tools, resources, and guides designed to help you grow. Use it at your own pace, and learn how to master storytelling, analytics, reels, and more!

  • Step 8: Start Implementing & Building Momentum

    Your Accountability Board will outline exactly what’s expected of you each month to keep you on track. Use it to:
